Big words and silly memes set in Action Grotesque that were fun to look at during the development of this typeface. No implied support from the mentioned peoples and orgs. But they all look great in Action Grotesque*.

1.
There’s never enough space, some things just need to be prioritised and that is just good copywriting isn’t it. Since you are already reading these smaller words, you understand. 2. That said, not everything can be small either. Microtypography is not every font’s cup of tea and that is fine. But Action Grotesque is drawn exactly for the small sizes. It shines. It looks decent at big sizes. Which is also fine. 3. AG does well in both domains, to be honest. And if you need more impact in the larger size, try Action Condensed. ↑ |
LNER Pacifics
LNER Gresley Classes A1 and A3 The London and North Eastern Railway Gresley Classes A1 and A3 were 4-6-2 “Pacific” steam locomotives designed by Nigel Gresley for passenger work. They were initially intended for use on the Great Northern Railway (GNR), but became a standard design on the London and North Eastern Railway after the amalgamation of 1923.
